How much is shipping?
The prices vary based on overall cost of your order. Shipping is calculated as follows:
U.S. Orders of $1.00 to $10 =$3 Shipping
U.S. Orders of $10.01 to 25.00 =$5 Shipping
U.S. Orders of $25.01 to 50.00 =$8 Shipping
U.S. Orders of $50.01 to $100 =$10 Shipping
U.S. Orders of $100 or more =$15 Shipping
Canada/Mexico Orders of $1 to $25 =$5 Shipping
Canada/Mexico Orders of $25+ =$10 Shipping
International Orders (All other countries)
$1 to $50 = $10 Shipping
$50+ =$20 Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped once a week. If your order falls within our shipping schedule, expect a 7-10 business day delivery. Sometimes shorter. If your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please email Brandon here: brandon@indievisionmusic.com All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. In some rare cases, we may use UPS to ship your package if it weighs more.
In order to have your email answered, you must provide the full name you ordered with, the date of your order, the total cost of your order (with shipping) and the items you ordered.
Why are some albums missing that were there just a few days ago?
Indie Vision Music is downsizing the store to a lesser amount of titles and albums. In doing so, some albums may be completely phased out.
How can I get my band's product in your store?

How come you only have two Tshirts?
Tshirts are expensive to print and it's not often that we have $300 at hand to print them. If in the rare case we do make more at a certain time, more shirts will be printed.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We do not offer any refunds, or exchanges for our product. You can however return the album if it is scratched or doesn't play properly. We will issue you a new copy of the same album if it is available.

Do you accept Cash, Check, or Money Order?
Yes we do. We do not advise you send cash due to it's high risk of theft before it reaches our door. It is your responsibility if you decide to send us Cash through the mail just make sure it's well hidden.
